SEO as a skill,
built through practice
Bolkarim runs structured SEO workshops for participants across Ukraine. Every session is built around doing — audits, keyword mapping, link analysis — not passive listening.
Established in 2022, the platform was designed to close the gap between generic courses and the practical knowledge employers actually look for.
How we operate
What actually happens at a Bolkarim workshop
Each workshop follows a fixed sequence: participants start with a live site audit, identify specific technical and content gaps, then work through corrections using real tools — Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs.
Sessions run in cohorts of twelve or fewer. That limit is deliberate — instructors review each participant's output before moving to the next module.
- Site audit sprint — crawl, diagnose, and document issues on a live domain.
- Keyword structure — build a working taxonomy from search intent data.
- On-page implementation — apply changes directly in a staging environment.
- Measurement baseline — set up tracking so results can be verified over time.
The people behind the workshops
Instructors at Bolkarim maintain active client projects alongside teaching — nothing covered in sessions is purely theoretical.

Platform structure
Geographic reach and equal access
All Bolkarim workshops run fully online, with synchronous sessions via shared screen and asynchronous assignment review. Participants join from Lviv, Kharkiv, Odesa, and smaller cities without any difference in access to instructors or materials.
Each cohort receives the same sequence regardless of location. Assignments are reviewed individually, not batch-graded. When a participant's audit misses something, the instructor flags it before the cohort moves on.
Consistent curriculum across all cohorts
The same modules, tools, and assignments run regardless of where participants are located or when they join.
Individual review on every assignment
No automated grading. Each submitted audit or keyword map gets direct feedback from the module instructor.
Real domains, not simulated scenarios
Participants work on actual websites throughout — their own or provided practice domains with genuine indexing history.
