DMCA Policy
Last updated: January 13, 2026
Bolkarim ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform at bolkarim.com to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") explains how we respond to claims of copyright infringement and how you may submit a notice or counter-notice under the DMCA.
1. Notification of Claimed Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notice ("Takedown Notice") to our designated copyright agent. To be effective under the DMCA, your Takedown Notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which you may be contacted.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
- Provide the user with a copy of the Takedown Notice.

We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice in cases where a valid claim is received.
4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to our designated copyright agent. To be effective, your Counter-Notice must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a court in the district or region in which you are located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.
5. Reinstatement of Content
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will promptly provide the original complainant with a copy of the Counter-Notice and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the original complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our platform.
6. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who are repeatedly charged with infringement. We will make this determination based on the totality of information available to us, including the number of valid Takedown Notices received against a user.
7. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. If you are uncertain whether the material you are reporting infringes your copyright, we recommend consulting with a qualified legal professional before submitting a Takedown Notice or Counter-Notice.
8. Good Faith and Abuse Prevention
We are committed to processing all DMCA notices in good faith and in a balanced manner that protects both copyright holders and users of our platform. We reserve the right to reject notices that appear to be abusive, fraudulent, or legally deficient on their face. Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in account suspension or termination.
